Application of new compositing and texturing knowledge. I did not expect my vector art techniques to translate well into my 3D work. Very fun to do and has opened up a lot of new possibilities.

Vector art is fun, it's been years since I last touched the medium. Brings back good memories and I am happy with my new texturing style. Past me would be proud, I think.

Sci magazines are cool, presenting information in a fun and digestible manner is something I think goes under appreciated. We live in a vast wondrous world, it's easy to forget sometimes.

Learned a lot about film settings, still a bit ailen to me but learning new tools is always good. Well, "new" as in I did not consider them as a huge factor before.

Chaos on the Day of the Northern Star

Outdated like the other one when it comes to style and character expressions, but a necessary step and a fun project to test out the models of the D.ALL trio and benchmark myself. No matter when you are reading this, Happy Holidays and live a merry life because you only get one!

These X-mas-- I mean Day of the Northern Star renders were really fun. I was surprised I was able to make them both in less then a week, everything from the materials to the furniture was made from scratch.

A Sleepy Holloww

Made in a rush, still surprised I was able to make all of Holloww's Halloween in less than a week. I own a blanket just like Holloww's, it's the best blanket I have ever owned.

I'm sad that I was unable to do any IRL Halloween stuff this year, but making these lifted my mood. I think times like Halloween are important, it brings people together and invokes imagination.

A Mischievous Idea!

The first one made out of the four, because I thought it would have taken the longest... it was actually the fastest. There was a whole alleyway I modeled, but scrapped it because I was not happy with the original camera angle.
